Communication expertise meets real-world leadership experience.

I’m Caleb Harrison, a Speech-Language Pathologist and MBA with a background in communication, healthcare leadership, and organizational strategy.

I’ve spent my career helping people communicate more effectively—and I’ve also spent years working in environments where communication matters every day: leadership meetings, difficult conversations, presentations, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and high-pressure decisions.

That combination shaped how I approach communication coaching.

More than speaking clearly

Effective professional communication isn't just about pronunciation or finding the right words.

It’s about being able to organize your thinking, communicate complex ideas simply, respond when you’re put on the spot, build confidence, and influence others.

My approach combines the communication science of speech-language pathology with the practical realities of professional and leadership environments.

My background

I hold a Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the UBC Sauder School of Business.

I currently work in healthcare leadership, where I manage teams, navigate complex organizational challenges, and communicate with people across different roles and levels of an organization.

I created this service because I’ve seen how often highly capable professionals have the knowledge and expertise they need—but their communication doesn't always reflect it. The good news? You can develop the tools you need to be an effective communicator.

My goal is simple:

Help you communicate at the level of your expertise.
